WHAT YOU CAN USE THIS AGREEMENT FOR:
This agreement can be used to obtain ownership of existing intellectual property of any individual or legal entity, including:
photos;
videos;
graphics;
drawings;
logos;
voice recordings; and
other types of content or media.
This agreement can NOT be used for obtaining (ownership) rights to any intellectual property rights of someone else in your creations, such as a photo or video you shoot of an individual or any other content you may create that someone else has contributed to. For that purpose, you would need the Media Release Agreement, which you can find on this page of my contract shop.
This agreement can also NOT be used to receive, not ownership, but usage rights to any existing content from someone else. That would require a license to someone else’s existing content, which you would need to obtain with the License Agreement, which you can find on this page of my contract shop.
