Media Release Agreement

$99.00

Are you shooting a photo or video of someone? Or are you recording someone’s voice? Then, you need their consent to use their part in the photo, video or recording.

This Media Release Agreement gives videographers, photographers, influencers, artists and other creators all the rights they need to protect their creative work and freedom!

With this Media Release Agreement, you’ll avoid:

  • legal repercussions for unauthorised use of images,

  • breaking publicity and privacy laws,

  • having to pay royalties or other remuneration suddenly when you have not agreed to it,

  • being forced to make edits,

  • having to take the media down at any point in time, or

  • being dragged to court!

What you will get

You’ll receive two versions of the Media Release Agreement in one package:

  1. One Media Release Agreement by which you receive a license to the intellectual property rights of the individual contained in the recording. If you are not paying the individual, I recommend using this version, as it is the ‘fairest’ version for both parties, and it still gives you all rights necessary to edit and repurpose the photo/video/recording for any (free or paid) platform and any purpose (as long as it does not hurt the individual).

  2. One Media Release Agreement by which you receive full ownership of the intellectual property rights of the individual contained in your photo/video/recording. This means that you become the sole owner of all rights in your photo/video/recording.
