What will I receive?
You will receive a Podcast Guest Agreement that you can use as either the guest speaker or the podcaster(s), with alternative clauses that benefit each role (two in one).
For the podcaster, a separate version is included that you can use as terms for a form.
You can upload your terms to an application form you create online (on your website or in Google forms, for example). Add a checkbox stating that the guest speaker agrees to those terms (embed the link to the terms AND your privacy policy).
This version includes a clause ensuring that checking the checkbox constitutes an (electronic) signature.
